There’s a little shift in the air this month… the days are stretching out, there’s a welcome break in the clouds, daffodils are sprouting across our grounds – spring is very nearly here! 

March brings a mix of hardy root veg and the first signs of the new season; think horseradish, carrots, kale, radish, spinach and one of our favourites: forced rhubarb!
