it's been a long time coming...
THE PIG
on the farm
Opening late summer 2027

If you've been following our plans for THE PIG-on the farm, first of all, thank you for sticking with us.
We know it's been a little longer than any of us had hoped.
The good news? The wait is finally starting to feel very worthwhile.
Builders are now on site, the restoration is well underway and, for the first time, we can finally see the finish line. With an opening planned for late summer 2027, we thought it was about time we shared a little more about what's taking shape behind the farm gates.
Just under two hours from London, tucked away in the Warwickshire countryside just south of Stratford-upon-Avon, THE PIG-on the farm will become our first PIG in the heart of England.
And, if we're honest, we've completely fallen for it.
So... what can you expect?
From the moment we first wandered around the farm, it felt like a match made in heaven for a PIG.
A proper working farm at its heart, with a beautiful old farmhouse that's watched over the land for centuries, weathered brick, timber beams, old barns, courtyards and all the wonderfully wonky character that only time can create. It's the sort of place that already has a soul; we're simply lucky enough to become its next custodians.

The first thing you'll see isn't the farmhouse. It's the Kitchen Garden.
We wouldn't have it any other way.
It felt only right that the beating heart of every PIG should take pride of place, setting the scene before you've even reached the front door...
...From there, you'll wander through to what we're quietly convinced will become one of the most special restaurants we've ever created. Housed within a beautifully restored farm barn, it'll be our biggest restaurant yet, opening out onto our largest restaurant terrace anywhere in the litter. The sort of place where lunch drifts into the afternoon, supper lingers long after dark and everything begins with what's been picked from the Kitchen Garden just moments before.
The bedrooms will be tucked throughout the farmhouse and surrounding farm buildings.
No two will be the same, but every one will be full of the sort of character that only centuries-old buildings can offer.
Wrapped within 53 acres of Warwickshire pasture and farmland.
THE PIG-on the farm feels wonderfully tucked away. Beyond the gardens, the surrounding countryside rolls away towards the remains of a deserted medieval village, quietly reminding you that people have been living and working this land for centuries.
And, of course, we're keeping a few PIGgy surprises up our sleeves... you'll just have to wait a little longer for those.

Come along for the ride.
There's still plenty to do before we welcome you in late summer 2027, but after waiting so patiently, we thought you deserved to come along for the journey.
Over the months ahead we'll be sharing behind-the-scenes glimpses as the restoration gathers pace, introducing some of the brilliant people bringing THE PIG-on the farm to life and giving you a first look before anyone else checks in.
Thank you for waiting.
We promise it'll be worth it.
